Sarah Chapman, LMT

They/Them

Sarah has always enjoyed caring for community and nature. Their past jobs include working as a special needs caregiver, being a farm worker, and participating in community volunteering. Early during the pandemic, they even created and facilitated a unique, nature-based program for kids.

In 2005, Sarah is a graduate of Northeastern Institute of Whole Health and had been working part-time providing in-house massage. This fit best for their life while homeschooling and raising their two children into the lovely young adult and teen they are today. Now, they are thrilled to be taking the next step in their career by joining the Rejuvenations Team.

Sarah views themself as a lifelong learner with an open mind and heart. "I'm passionate about increasing ease and comfort in people’s lives, while dropping into the kinesthetic, meditative and intuitive experience that it is to provide and assist this process."

Outside of massage, Sarah enjoys dancing, being playful and silly with family and friends, making music, contemplating this human experience, hiking, and interacting with plants.

In 2023 Melanie graduated from North Eastern Institute of Whole Health and fulfilled that dream of becoming a massage therapist.

“My goal for every single client is for them to walk out of their session in less pain and with more movement in their bodies.”

Melanie achieves these goals by utilizing various techniques such as Himalayan salt stones, tuning fork therapy, reflexology and GM in order to meet each individuals needs.

Since graduating in 2023 from NE Institute of Whole Health, Melanie had a vision of working in a studio that focused on community and really focusing on the well being of each client. Karen and the Rejuvenations team embodies those characteristics and working along side them is like working with family.

Jen Drelick, Practice Manager

Jen officially joined Rejuvenations in 2022. However, her involvement with the business dates back much further. Daughter to Rejuvenations’ owner Karen Drelick, Jen watched, and sometimes helped, her mom build Rejuvenations from the ground up.

Jen participated in Rejuvenations’ events since the beginning stages of the business. Staying up all night at the Relay for Life, sitting the booth at the Stratham Fair, or greeting people at local craft fairs, she was always at hand to welcome people with a smile. Through high school, Jen started helping in the office as well, covering the front desk during the yearly winter specials and over summer vacations.

After high school, Jen attended Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island. She graduated in 2013, and pursued a career in baking for 11 years until deciding to change course to rejoin the Rejuvenations’ team.

Now she has found her place back at the desk, but with a new position at Rejuvenations. As the Practice Manager, Jen is the authority on scheduling, checkout, gift certificates and other client-related activities. She oversees daily operations, client relations, bookkeeping and is the overall go-to person for staff questions.

“I just want to make people happy. It was why I originally chose baking as a career, and its why I am here now.”

You can still find Jen baking cakes, spending time with her children, hiking, swimming or just enjoying life as it comes her way. Her happy-go-lucky attitude and love for greeting everyone with a smile and kindness makes her a perfect fit to the Rejuvenations’ team.
