Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle and rhythmic technique designed to directly improve the function of the Lymphatic System.

The Lymphatic System is often referred to as an “internal cleaning system for the whole body.” It consists of vessels, ducts and nodes that are closely connected to the cardiovascular system. Maintaining a healthy Lymphatic System is vital to our immunity. MLD aids in encouraging relaxation, pain relief and fluid movement through the body.
