Terms & Policies

We appreciate that you’ve chosen Rejuvenations for your massage and bodywork needs. To provide the best service possible to our clients we have implemented the following policies.

NEW CLIENT ARRIVAL:

Please arrive 5 minutes early to your first appointment at Rejuvenations. This allows time to fill out a new client intake form and discuss your medical history and expectations with your therapist.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24-hour notice, by email or answered phone call, of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Any appointment that is cancelled within a 24-hour period or missed without notification will be charged a late cancellation fee or no-show fee for the full amount of the appointment cost. Rejuvenations reserves the right to charge a person's account, credit card on file or deduct from current Value Packages for any appointment not cancelled before the 24-hour cancellation period.

After three missed appointments within the 24-hour notice period Rejuvenations reserves the right to discharge any client from our care. Late cancellations due to emergency, illness or weather will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the management team.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:

We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if this ever occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your massage so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR POLICY:

Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

It is your responsibility to inform the therapist of any medical changes and additional treatments you are receiving from a physician, physical therapist, chiropractor or other healthcare professional. In some cases where massage may be contraindicated, you may be required to provide a medical release form from your healthcare provider giving permission for massage therapy to proceed.

Clients undergoing therapy for cancer, such as radiation and chemotherapy, will be required to provide a medical release form from a physician before scheduling an appointment with Rejuvenations.

A medical release form is required for Pregnancy Massage during the first trimester of pregnancy.
